I participated today with a group of product manager’s (all of whom have forgotten more about product mgmt than I will ever know) in a Twitter chat – my first ever – about strategic alignment and using stage-gates. I quite enjoyed it, but felt you couldn’t get in to the depth required for a topic an include examples – all within 140 characters.
But it was fun, nonetheless. Check out how it went.
