Prime Time Ads
Quite the advertising time the networks are having. Wow. It seems as though the new ABC show “Commander in Chief” has a fake blog setup. I also read about a whole bunch of stuff going on with My Name is Earl on NBC. I will give it the fact that it was a funny premiere. I just think the advertising opportunities being used online nowadays are quite cool, and pushing marketing deparments to the limits. I mean, having a fake blog running (with fake bloggers) about President Mackenzie Allen is quite interesting — kind of like a prime time Blair Witch Project.
I’m dying to see more and more of this — the crossover of the fake TV world into the real world. Bloggers, prepare to start jacking up your entry-level salaries. Companies are staring the hunt for you.
It’s only a matter of time before Harvard graduates say, “yah, I have an MBA — but you’ll really be interested in my minor in blogging; I can take your company to the top of Technorati!”
Yikes.
Sun’s Great Marketing
Man, I saw this during my regular morning blog readthrough and almost died laughin. It’s a great example of excellent marketing by an enterprise attemptingt to regain their spot in a market that has slipped through their fingers in the past 5 (or so) years.

Awesome.
Man, I’m looking forward to getting some time so I can actually think to blog again. I never imagined I would be as busy as I am at 23. Wow. It’s been a really fast-paced couple of weeks and I have literally been at the office all day, and going home to sleep — and coming back to the office in the morning. I’m having a ton of fun, so don’t get me wrong. However, it will be nice to have a little free time once this major crunch period is over.
Alrighty; no more complaining. Check out the things above, and if you want a laugh, read Defamer.
